Tiny Desk Video AI is operated by wen yong, an individual based in China, at tinydeskvideoai.com. Contact: support@tinydeskvideoai.com.
Only submit your own adult portrait or a portrait of an adult who has authorized its transformation, together with any copyright/privacy permissions needed for the use. Do not submit stolen images, impersonate an account owner, or treat an image being publicly available as permission. Do not upload children's portraits. Authorization is necessary but does not override the restrictions below, applicable law or a provider's eligibility rules.
Do not use the service for:
Do not evade safety decisions, access someone else's media, steal credentials, exploit the service or use it for fraud. Label synthetic content as required; do not distribute it as authentic evidence.
The service creates an AI-generated fictional performance using an authorized portrait. Do not present the result as authentic footage or use it to mislead others about a person's actions or endorsement. Consent does not override applicable law or provider restrictions.
Send a report to support@tinydeskvideoai.com with the affected reference/location, concern and relevant rights information. Use the same address to request review of a mistaken restriction. Do not send passwords, private access URLs, full payment-card data or illegal media.
Our initial-response target is two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays observed by the operator in China. This is not an emergency-response or guaranteed-resolution deadline. Reply to the same thread for clarification or reconsideration; do not repost harmful content. We do not claim 24-hour moderation staffing.
A report should identify the reference or location, the concern, and the outcome requested. Further clarification may be needed to distinguish an access issue, a rights complaint and an unsafe-content report. Keep the report in the same support thread; request reconsideration there if relevant information was missed. Do not repost harmful material or create new paid tasks to bypass a pending case.
A report is assessed using the information supplied and any clarification needed. A restriction, removal, refund or appeal outcome is not automatic because a report was filed. Mandatory rights and necessary accounting or evidence retention remain separate.
Waffo PromptSift scans generation instructions before submission. Requests with a pending, blocked or unavailable instruction check cannot proceed normally, and the model provider may reject a request under its own controls. These protections do not guarantee that every prohibited use is detected or establish identity, permission or ownership. See AI disclosure for the scope of these checks.
Do not bypass a restriction or repeatedly submit paid tasks while the original outcome is uncertain. We may restrict access or remove affected media in response to misuse, reports or legal obligations. Contact support with the relevant reference to report a concern or ask for reconsideration.
Use Account to request media deletion or confirm account closure. Access closes before queued physical cleanup; active tasks or uncertain provider results can delay cleanup. Financial and necessary audit records may remain. See Privacy and Refunds for retention and credit/purchase handling.
