Tiny Desk Video AI is operated by wen yong, an individual based in China, at tinydeskvideoai.com. Contact: support@tinydeskvideoai.com.
The maker supports a 10-second office-band parody with four shots: band, laughing lead, saxophone and band finale. Upload one authorized adult portrait for the lead and optionally up to four separate portraits for companion musicians. Other musicians are fictional AI characters. The generation uses MiniMax-H3-Max through MiniMax's international API, in 9:16 at 768P. New band submission is available only while the updated processing service is running and all submission checks pass; audio uses MiniMax-native original funk accompaniment with wordless vocals; cast preparation does not generate a video or consume credits. The original Outstanding recording is not included or licensed by this service. Existing 10-second tasks retain their original recorded specifications. The service is independent of MiniMax, NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts and any artist; naming a provider identifies technology, not endorsement.
These terms cover the website's account, photo-processing, generation and private-media services. Checkout is currently TEST only; a test transaction does not charge real money. Any future real purchase must display its seller, currency, taxes, final total and applicable checkout terms before you authorize payment. Permission to use a photo remains subject to applicable law and provider restrictions.
The service is intended for adults 18 or over with legal capacity to use it. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, use an email you can access and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share, sell or rent accounts or upload children's portraits. A public user account does not confer administrator access.
Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or account email as appropriate. A previous registration is not treated as acceptance of terms that had not yet been published.
Only upload your own photo or a photo whose depicted person has authorized the transformation and whose relevant copyright/privacy rights you can use. You remain responsible for the permissions required for your intended use. No permission permits prohibited content or overrides provider restrictions.
Follow the Acceptable use policy. Do not use the service for unlawful, sexual, child-unsafe, violent, hateful, deceptive, infringing or impersonating content. Do not evade access controls, use another person's account or attempt to expose private media. Do not present a generated performance as a recording of a real event.
You retain rights you lawfully hold in your inputs and permit the processing, copying, provider access, storage and delivery needed for the request and related support or rights cases, as described in the Privacy policy. This does not transfer ownership of your identity or authorize portrait advertising or independent training of our own models on uploads. Output use must comply with law, input permissions and applicable AI-provider conditions. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or suitability for every commercial use; review rights and outputs before publication.
The configured one-time credit packages are:
| Package | Credits | USD price | Configured generation allowance |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 Credits | 100 | $6.90 | One generation submission at 100 credits each |
| 300 Credits | 300 | $9.90 | Three generation submissions at 100 credits each |
| 900 Credits | 900 | $24.90 | Nine generation submissions at 100 credits each |
These are one-time packages, with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Purchased credits are valid for 12 calendar months from delivery. The service uses one account credit balance. Credits are service units, not deposits, investments or transferable currency, and have no general cash-out function. This does not remove purchase-refund rights. Promotional grants retain their own conditions and are not money paid for a purchase.
Production checkout is currently disabled. A test payment does not charge real money. Before authorizing a real purchase, review the applicable package, currency, taxes, final total and identified seller. Production tax display and checkout must be completed before real collection. Where an approved checkout identifies Waffo as merchant of record, its buyer terms govern the payment alongside these product-service terms; we provide product delivery and support. We do not claim production MoR arrangements are active now.
After an authenticated payment confirmation, purchased credits are recorded in the account. A browser return page by itself is not payment confirmation. Digital delivery consists of account credits and, after a generation request completes, access to the resulting video in My videos. Processing times vary; no fixed generation-time guarantee is made.
Before submitting, review the displayed credit charge and confirm that you are authorized to use the photo. Selecting a file creates a local preview; upload and generation are separate actions. Waffo PromptSift scans the generation instructions before a request can consume 100 credits, and the model provider may refuse a request under its controls. Successful generation is delivered privately after technical checks. A text verdict does not establish rights to the photo or certify the resulting media. A balance top-up does not itself submit a generation. Package allowance describes submissions at the stated charge, not a guarantee of a particular result. Later changes do not rewrite an existing order or a submitted task's recorded charge. See AI disclosure.
One accepted generation submission consumes 100 credits. Confirmed technical failure or a confirmed task rejection after charging returns the recorded consumption once; check the task's actual returned amount. A request blocked before submission has not incurred that generation charge. Uncertain provider outcomes and returns that cannot be safely reconciled require checking; an uncertain paid request is not automatically resubmitted or treated as a confirmed failure. Subjective dissatisfaction does not automatically provide a free regeneration.
There is no recurring renewal to cancel. Stop submitting new tasks to avoid future generation charges; a submitted provider request cannot be guaranteed to stop. Cash refunds differ from credit returns. Under Refunds and credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment when all credits from that purchase remain unused, or review of the unused portion if partly consumed. A request is not automatic approval. Duplicate/unauthorized charges, confirmed non-delivery and mandatory consumer rights are assessed separately.
AI can alter facial details, anatomy, instruments and sound. Exact likeness, fingering, beat synchronization, lip synchronization, musical accuracy and a particular artistic result are not guaranteed. Review any result before use and disclose synthetic media where required. Do not rely on it as proof of identity, conduct or affiliation.
These limitations do not excuse duplicate charging or undelivered services. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Lawful payment-provider, regulator and competent-court complaint channels remain available.
Misuse, fraud or legal obligations may require access restrictions or removal of affected media. Reports, privacy requests and payment reviews are handled separately. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit unused paid entitlements, and active tasks and balances must be assessed under the relevant policy. Use Contact and support to report a problem or ask for reconsideration.
For public account closure, use the explicit confirmation flow in Account; for a complaint or access problem, contact support with the relevant account, order or task reference. Do not send passwords or full card information. Closure revokes public sign-in and queues media cleanup; financial and necessary audit records are retained separately from access restrictions. Active or uncertain paid tasks may be held for reconciliation before physical cleanup.
For a service, billing or rights complaint, email support with a concise explanation and the relevant reference. You may reply to the same case to ask for reconsideration or provide missing evidence. A support request, payment-provider dispute and data-rights request are separate processes; completing one does not automatically decide the others.
You can stop submitting new requests at any time. Download any results you need before confirming account closure in Account. Contact support if you cannot access that flow. Closure does not by itself resolve in-flight tasks, erase legally retained records or settle unused paid credits. A request to delete a known completed MiniMax task record does not guarantee erasure of every provider-held copy. If the service is discontinued, outstanding delivery and purchase issues must still be assessed under the applicable policy and law.
Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable rights or lawful complaint, payment-provider or court remedies. No exclusive dispute venue is selected by assumption. Changes to the service or these terms will be communicated where appropriate; outstanding delivery, privacy and purchase matters remain subject to the applicable policy and law. Questions go to support@tinydeskvideoai.com. Our initial-response target is two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays observed by the operator in China; this is not a guaranteed resolution date.
